Denise LaPerre
“I love so much about this industry.” Denise got her start in property management and leasing. Born in Michigan, yet developing her career in the Southwest and the West Coast property management markets, her regard for the industry is diverse. Over the past 25 years, her relationships with various property owners and builders have given her keen insights into Consulting, Finance, Investment, Property Operations, Marketing, Hospitality and Community Revitalization Initiatives.
She attributes her success to the relationships she built by working directly for the owners. They encouraged her to expand her areas of expertise and develop her knowledge in all areas of property management. Being entrusted with operations, she has represented business owners and worked with investors to identify properties and packages that improve the bottom lines of her clients’ portfolios. She has an eye for maximizing investments, analyzing financials and working with advertising agencies to strategically leverage all aspects of a property’s budget.
She brings to the Team an understanding and respect for the property owner and what it means to hire professional talent. Her experience in managing commercial properties, rehabilitation and new identity projects and restoration projects within multi-cultural and multi-generation communities gives her a unique perspective in balancing resident and owner expectations. It is apparent in her approach as she tailors her contributions to improve the client’s bottom line.
Sandra Kravitz
With over 30 years of property management-related experience, Sandra is a licensed professional who brings to the business a successful background in Property Management, Leasing, Marketing, Sales, Condo and New Build Transactions, Consulting, Personal Property Management and Senior Outreach Development. She is a relationship builder. She works to define success through the lens of her clients.
She enhances the team with a passion for helping senior communities. She recognizes that in most instances, it’s not a rental, it’s a life lease. Navigating the conversation of choosing a property for health care, assisted living or retirement requires a finesse and knowledge that sets her apart in this growing sector.
Her knowledge of the real estate market, property management logistics and mechanics along with her high standards and inclusive attitude, Sandra embraces her role in Apartment Property Team because it represents her high standards and commitment to collaborative customer service.
